The Langhe is a place which is rich in history and romanticism, the fatherland of prized wines and authentic cuisine. If discovering the area by car is not exactly your ideal choice, or if you are just simply sports lovers, you will be able to go on delightful bicycle excursions, taking the roads or along the country paths. You can, thus, experience the thrill felt by the professionals in the “Giro d’Italia” cycling race which often has the Langhe hills as part of its route. The trekking maps are on sale at Cà San Ponzio, and Maurizio or Luciano, both “inveterate cyclists”, will be only too pleased to show you their favourite circuits.

Although Milan and Turin, shopping cities par excellence, are nearby, Alba, Cherasco and Bra can hold their own and are ready to be discovered as new shopping paradises.
